Elf Studio Powders Review and Cross- Comparison

2 comments:

  1. Thanks for the great review video! I recently ordered the ELF HD powder and am really looking forward to using it.

You mentioned touching-up powder over the course of the day a few times in your video, and I was wondering what powder you recommend for combination skin. My skin was, until recently, quite dry, but lately has turned to combination and I am trying to figure out how to keep my makeup in place during the day! Thanks in advance :)

  2. Hi Emily! I have combination skin, too. If you are only going to touch up once a day, you could use the translucent mattifying powder (unless you think the pinkish tone would be a problem for your skin tone). I like this one a lot because it really reduces the appearance of pores. If you want to touch up more than once a day, I would recommend the pressed powder. The benefit of the pressed powder is that you can use it in the morning as a setting powder, and then touch up with it too. I just think the mattifying powder is too cakey if you use it in the morning for setting powder, and then use it again to touch up... Hope that doesn't confuse you!
